Advent Candles Ornament Set

Cross stitch chart from Heartstring Samplery. For some, one of their favorite holiday tradtions is the lighting of the Advent candles at church each of the four Sunday mornings leading up to Christmas Eve. The first candle, which is purple, symbolizes HOPE. The second candle, also purple, represents FAITH. The third candle is pink & symbolizes JOY. The fourth candle is also purple & symbolizes PEACE. The white candle is placed in the middle of the wreath & lit on Christmas Eve. This candle is called the "Christ Candle" and represents the life of CHRIST. Stitch count for each ornament is 52 by 40.
