Frances Grassby 1845

Cross stitch pattern from Hands Across the Sea Samplers. Frances' sampler is a delight to the eye. Stitched in a couple of different font styles & colors, is the alphabet stitched in the middle of the design. A red brick home sits below, with wildlife enjoying the green grass & flowering plants. At the top of the design, are a couple of angels with a phrase stitched below, "her work ended November the 13. Lead me to heaven the seat of bliss where pleasure in perfection is." This is "Frances Grassby 1845." Stitch count 191W x 183H.
