$30.00
Cross stitch chart from Queenstown Sampler Designs. We are provided a glimpse into the quintessential English country village. Susanna inscribes her name within a graceful ribbon, entwining a bouquet of stylized flowers. Tree-lined walkways lead down, around the village church and to a figure that is drawing up water from the well. The central brick home is the main focus, while potted flowers line the center path to the front gate. In the upper right corner, a duck parade marches beneath the windmill as a walkway leads by a house to a gate on the hill side. The happy cows are watching the Milkmaid as she walk along the country path, delivering their morning offerings to the Milk House. The young calf, safe behind his mother, is also regarding the maid. There are other animals around the village including a horse, owl, dog and a caged lion. All this is surrounded with a delightful floral border. Stitch count 285 tall x 291 wide.
