Bad Neighborhood: Troubled Water

This is the first chart in a series of small vignettes that detours from charming rose cottages and sweet sampler houses and strays a bit down a more sinister path. On the surface, these all seem like nice places to live, but look a bit closer. This little town has everything you could want, unless it's fresh local fish you're looking for. Stitch count 71 x 81.
