Monticello Stitches

Jean Workman of Monticello Stitches learned to enjoy all kinds of needlework as a young girl spending summer days with her Grandmother Bertha. There she learned about the contentment and joy that needle and thread can provide. That served her well in her flight attendant career as she took along her cross stitch, knitting, or quilting on layovers. In 2018 she began designing cross stitch for fun. In 2021 she launched Monticello Stitches, cross stitch inspired by historic sampler motifs. She strives to design needlework with positive or humorous content. In her words, “Cross stitch cures everything!”
